NAFDAC: Trader Pleads Guilty To Selling Expired Wine In Lagos

On November 6, 2026, in Lagos, a trader named Ibeh Nkemakonam pleaded guilty to charges related to the possession, storage, and sale of expired Mosto Tinto wine. The case was heard in the Federal High Court, presided over by Justice Yelim Bogoro. Nkemakonam, who is 48 years old and operates under the business name Magkem Investment, initially pleaded not guilty but later changed his plea to guilty regarding the three-count charge against him.
