Alleged ISWAP terrorist ransom negotiator, Samaila Kaigama arrested by DSS remanded in Kuje prison

Samaila Ibrahim Kaigama, an alleged ransom negotiator for the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP), was arrested by the Department of State Services (DSS) and has been remanded in Kuje prison following a court order by Justice Ibrahim Salim of the Federal High Court in Abuja.
