Nigeria to host 5th global ministerial conference on antimicrobial resistance in December

Nigeria will host the 5th Global High-Level Ministerial Conference on Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) in Abuja from December 6 to 8, 2026. This marks the first time the conference will be held in Africa, aiming to address the growing threat of AMR to public health and food security.
